Convention Tote Bags $17,500.00 Sold Out Convention tote bags will be distributed to all convention attendees as they check in at the AAJ Registration Desk. Happy Hour Receptions in the Exhibit Hall $10,000.00 Sold Out AAJ members will need a break in their day and will flock to the Happy Hour Receptions in the Exhibit Hall! AAJ will provide a complimentary bar area where members can come get happy for an hour during the daily receptions in the exhibit hall (three total). While they're unwinding from the busy morning, your team will be able to greet and mingle with the members. AAJ will provide a complimentary coffee station where members can come grab their fix for the first hour that the exhibit hall is open. Hotel Key Cards $7,500.00 Sold Out Have your company design (name, website, number, and logo) branded on hotel key cards received by AAJ convention registrants at hotel check-in. Convention Lanyards $7,500.00 Sold Out Convention lanyards will be distributed to all attendees as they check in at the AAJ Registration Desk. AAJ will manage the production and distribution of 2,000 lanyards, and all you have to do is provide your logo. The sponsor logo will be featured on all convention lanyards.
Women Trial Lawyers Caucus Brunch & Mimosas $7,500.00 Sold Out Join AAJ members at this signature brunch. Open to all attendees, this brunch honors women trial lawyers and features prominent guests and/or notable women members. Convention Water Bottles $5,000.00 Sold Out Sponsor the AAJ water bottles given out onsite to all attendees, an essential for staying cool in Maui. Put your company name, logo, and booth number (if applicable) on these bottles and get your message out to all the attendees while hydrating in the heat as well as when they go home. Any member earning CLE credits must use this brochure to earn accredidation, giving your company great exposure. The sponsor will receive a full page, four-color ad on the back cover of the booklet.
