AAJ is now accepting booth space requests. The booth space request form below is not a space contract, but a request to participate in the AAJ exhibit hall space draw.
Space requests must be received by September 18, 2009 to be eligible for the priority point space draw. Space assignments will begin October 5, 2009. AAJ Exhibits Manager, Robby Daniels, will contact you with your space draw date and time. During your space draw you will be able to select exact booth size and location. 50% deposits are mandatory at the time of space assignments to confirm your booth.
Exhibit space is assigned based on a Priority Point system. For complete information on AAJ’s Priority Point system and your current standing, please contact AAJ’s Exhibits Manager, Robby Daniels, at 800-424-2725, ext. 284 or email robert.daniels@justice.org.
Non- priority point exhibitors are welcome to complete the space request form and will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis.
